I would like it to have a certain amount flexibility. The load will be roughly 25-50Lbs of continuous load. Being totally new to composites I have read a lot and I think a layered cloth with resin in a mold would be the best way to achieve the shape but I don't know which type of cloth to use or resin for that matter.
